UPDATE 11/6/18: the email issue has now been resolved.
We are currently experiencing issues with sending emails to xtra.co.nz accounts. We have contacted both our email provider and Xtra to try and resolve this issue. If you are emailing us from an xtra account with an urgent request, please include a phone number for us to contact you on.
NOTE: We are still receiving all emails and are not experiencing any issues with any other email accounts.
